Rétromobile 2026: FCR Original between heritage, creation and performance

Rétromobile 2026: when heritage meets creation according to FCR Original

Every year, Rétromobile sets itself apart from the rest. Much more than a show, it’s a place where mechanical history meets contemporary creation, where passion takes precedence over mere exhibition. In 2026, FCR Original was honored to be an exhibitor at Rétromobile, an obvious choice for us, given that the show embodies the values that have guided our work since day one.

Rétromobile: a legitimate stage for our vision

In our workshop, we don’t build radical or overly specialized bikes. We build well-balanced machines, capable of adapting to both road and track. The Triumph Scrambler 400 fits perfectly into this philosophy, whatever its version. With the Triumph Scrambler 400 Escape, we’ve sought to reinforce this ability to get out of town and explore, without turning the bike into a pure trail bike. The objective remains the same for both Scrambler X and Scrambler XC models: to keep the bike simple, reliable, accessible and fun to ride every day.

Why did we choose the Scrambler 400 X and Scrambler 400 XC bases?

The Triumph Scrambler 400 X is an ideal all-rounder for commuting, backroads and rolling roads. Its overall balance and ease of handling make it an excellent introduction to the scrambler world. The more off-road-oriented Triumph Scrambler 400 XC, meanwhile, offers a more assertive base for riders wishing to push the escape experience further. It allows us to develop a more pronounced Escape preparation, without sacrificing on-road use. In our workshop, we adapt the Escape preparation to each of these bases in order to respect their technical logic and vocation, while guaranteeing overall aesthetic coherence.

Exclusive previews designed to last

This 2026 edition marked a key milestone for FCR Original, with the preview presentation of several structuring projects for the coming year. Models conceived not only as strong pieces, but as the basis of a veritable creative ecosystem.

Rocket 3: performance reinterpreted by FCR Original

With the Triumph Rocket 3, FCR Original wanted to offer a more radical and assertive vision of this iconic model. This preparation is based on a comprehensive work combining design, materials and finishes, to reinforce the bike’s unique character and visual power.

The reworked fuel tank combines exposed carbon with Lamborghini Blu Cepheus blue paint, highlighting the engine’s volumes and structuring the line with a black central strap. At the front, the Rotobox Bullet rim, black anodized fork with DLC treatment and headlight repositioned in an FCR Original carbon bracket give the Rocket 3 a more aggressive, contemporary stance.

The rear end has been visually lightened with a Rotobox Bullet rim, Dunlop Mutant tires and a custom shell combining carbon and paint, ensuring aesthetic continuity throughout the bike. The custom exhaust, treated with black thermal stripes, accompanies this transformation while maintaining a controlled sound.

The riding position has been optimized with specific FCR Original elements and Motogadget accessories, while the custom-made seat in black Alcantara with light-blue stitching adds a high-end finish.

Conceived as a global project, this Rocket 3 embodies the FCR Original vision: to transform an iconic base into a unique, radical and coherent motorcycle.

Triumph 400 XC Scrambler: adventure according to FCR Original

With the Triumph 400 XC Scrambler, FCR Original offers a resolutely off-road and contemporary interpretation of the modern scrambler. Previewed at Rétromobile 2026, this preparation features in-depth work on design and detail, while retaining the model’s accessibility and versatility.

The transformation revolves around a visual reinforcement of the bike’s adventurous DNA. The fuel tank receives a highly graphic custom paint job, designed to accentuate the off-road character of the 400 XC Scrambler. This identity is extended by side plates developed specifically by the workshop, combining exclusive design and custom paintwork. A bespoke chain guard, with an unprecedented design, completes the package, while emphasizing the attention paid to functional elements.

The front end has also been reworked to give the bike more presence. The headlamp cap with specific paintwork reinforces the model’s off-road credentials, while a boldly designed fork cover highlights the line and stance of the 400 XC Scrambler. The result is a more robust, expressive silhouette.

Mechanically and ergonomically, a complete exhaust system with custom muffler accompanies a reworked seat, offering both character and comfort. Every modification has been thought through to create a coherent, functional and visually powerful preparation. This Triumph 400 XC Scrambler fully embodies the FCR Original vision: to offer a motorcycle with assertive styling, capable of combining a spirit of adventure, bespoke design and top-of-the-range finishes, while remaining true to Triumph’s DNA.

Our new range of accessories for the Triumph 400 is currently under development and will be unveiled in early 2026.

Bespoke: the meaning of “one of one” according to FCR Original

The Bespoke, based on a Speed Twin 900, embodies the very essence of FCR Original craftsmanship. This creation is a one-of-one, a motorcycle entirely custom-built for a single customer, without constraint or compromise, where every aesthetic and technical choice responds to a precise personal vision.

The project was built around in-depth work on lines and materials. The bespoke rear buckle redefines the bike’s silhouette, and is integrated into a special upholstery system designed to combine comfort, elegance and character. The fully customized paintwork, combined with a highly graphic engine cover kit, gives this Bespoke a strong, instantly recognizable visual identity.

The transformation continues with a bespoke exhaust system, designed to integrate perfectly with the bike while reinforcing its mechanical character. The cockpit has been redesigned with new handlebars and a selection of carefully chosen accessories, such as brown grips, mirrors, radiator grille, engine cover and chain guard, to create a coherent, balanced whole.

From the blank sheet of paper to the last screw, this Bespoke illustrates FCR Original’s ability to transform an idea into a unique, timeless and deeply personal mechanical object. A motorcycle conceived as a singular piece, a direct reflection of its owner and our high standards of craftsmanship.

Rétromobile 2026, a milestone in our history

In addition to the models exhibited at Rétromobile, FCR Original continues to work in its workshop on the development of dedicated accessories. Conceived as genuine extensions of the motorcycles, these elements enrich each project with the same exacting standards of design, integration and finish.

Some of these accessories, developed in particular around the Triumph Rocket 3 and Triumph 400 XC Scrambler, are already available on our site, in the accessories section. Others are currently in the design phase and will progressively complete these models throughout 2026.

This dynamic enables us to offer much more than just complete preparations: a coherent, scalable and customizable FCR Original universe, designed to accompany each motorcycle over the long term.

Taking part in Rétromobile 2026 as an exhibitor marks an important step for FCR Original. It’s both the recognition of our hard work and the starting point for new ambitions. Thank you to all those who came to meet us on our stand, share their passion and discover our projects. The next phase is now being written, and it promises to be more creative than ever.
