The Triumph Rocket 3 is one of the most impressive roadsters in the Triumph lineup: an extraordinary engine, a raw character, and a unique physical presence. At FCR Original, we use it as the foundation for custom builds, where mechanical power and aesthetic sophistication coexist without compromise.
We don’t offer standard models. Paint color, materials, wheels, exhaust, upholstery, and cockpit: every custom Triumph Rocket 3 is designed in collaboration with you and our design team, based on your preferences and how you plan to use it.
The Lamborghini Blue version shown on this page is one of our creations. It demonstrates what our workshop is capable of—not what we’re limited to. The orange option serves as a reminder: since the paintwork is done in our workshops, we can create any shade you can imagine.

Let’s take the Rocket 3 featured here as an example. Its owner, a fan of motorcycles with character and bold design, wanted an exclusive, elegant, and visually striking bike that would elevate the Triumph platform while retaining its muscular spirit. The project took the form of a highly stylized customization, blending carbon fiber, an exclusive blue paint finish, and deep black accents to create a prestigious motorcycle that’s instantly recognizable.
What FCR Original Can Modify on Your Triumph Rocket 3
On a custom Triumph Rocket 3, almost everything can be redesigned while staying true to the bike’s identity. Here are the main areas we focus on, as illustrated by the featured build:
- Seating: shape, materials, stitching—all tailored to your body type. In our example: Alcantara-style seat, leather-style sides, and light blue topstitching.
- Chassis: rims, tires, fork, triple clamps, suspension. In our example: Rotobox Bullet rims, Dunlop Mutant rear tire, black anodized fork with DLC coating.
- Exhaust and intake: custom exhaust system, muffler, air filter, and intake cover, for a sound worthy of a triple. In our example: IXIL muffler and black heat shield on the headers.
- Bodywork: Paint in the color of your choice, carbon fiber components, fenders, side covers, rear fairing, and front fairing. In our example: Lamborghini Blue and carbon fiber, “Flat Track”-style front plate.
- The cockpit: handlebars, riding position, controls, mirrors, and turn signals. In our example: flat riding position and Motogadget equipment on the handlebar ends.

The design of a custom Triumph Rocket 3 is built around your tastes. Colors, contrasts, exposed materials, or understated finishes: each combination gives the motorcycle a different character, and our design studio will help you find the one that’s right for you.
On the model shown, the contrast between Lamborghini Blu Cepheus blue, exposed carbon fiber, and deep black accents visually lightens the Rocket’s bulk while highlighting its monumental engine. The original headlight, repositioned on a carbon fiber mount, recedes behind the Flat Track plate, and the rear fairing extends the fuel tank in the same color. A different color, different materials—and it’s a whole different motorcycle.

Every custom Triumph Rocket 3 is the result of a fully artisanal process, carried out in our Chauvigny workshop, from the first sketch to the handover of the keys:

The colour and materials, the chassis and running gear (wheels, tyres, fork, suspension), the exhaust and intake, the bodywork, the riding position and the seat. Every project is defined with you by our design office.
Can I choose a colour other than Lamborghini Blue?
Yes. The Lamborghini Blue version is one example of our work, and the orange proposal shows it: the paint is done in our own workshop, so we create the colour of your choice.
Is the Rocket 3 engine modified?
No. The 2,458 cc three-cylinder engine and its shaft drive are kept stock. Our work covers the exhaust, the intake (subject to feasibility), the chassis and running gear, the bodywork, the seat and the riding position.
Do you supply the stock Rocket 3 for the build?
Yes. All our builds are based on a strictly stock motorcycle supplied by us. This guarantees a sound, compliant base, as well as a 2-year manufacturer warranty and servicing.
Can the Rocket 3 be adapted to the rider's build?
Yes. We take the rider's height, weight and riding style into account when defining the project, especially for the seat height and riding position.
Is the FCR Original Rocket 3 roadworthy?
All our safety-related parts (lighting, brakes, mirrors) are CE-approved and meet roadworthiness inspection requirements. For exhaust systems, the criteria are still unclear: our workshop is developing solutions that combine aesthetics and homologation.
Can I buy parts separately for my own Rocket 3?
Yes. Part of our know-how is available on FCR Accessoires: silencers, intake cover, heat shield, shock absorbers and other Rocket 3 specific parts, all plug and play.

Lead times vary according to the model and level of personalization, but we like to allow 4 months to create a complete project with a perfect finish. A precise deadline is always communicated to the customer before the project is validated.
Yes. If aesthetics holds an important place in our achievements, your safety is just as important. That’s why all our safety-related parts (lighting, brakes, mirrors, etc.) are CE approved.
They therefore meet the security requirements required by the Ministry of Transport test. In fact, as part of our activities abroad, several of our motorcycles have already undergone CT testing in Germany and Spain.
As far as exhausts are concerned, the criteria are still unclear. Our workshop is already working on solutions combining aesthetics and certification.
